Enter the JanSport RPM, a 2,150-cubic-inch backpack that will serve as a student's closest companion throughout his or her school-age years and beyond. The RPM offers dual AirCore shoulder straps made of comfortable dual-density foam, along with a fully padded back panel with molded foam cushioning pods for increased comfort and ventilation. The backpack's two large main compartments, meanwhile, can hold everything from books to sack lunches to gym shoes. Add in a 15.4-inch padded laptop sleeve and a front organizer compartment with utility pockets and you have all the storage you need for your on-the-go activities.

Other details include easy-to-grab speed toggle zipper pulls, an easy-access V-loft pocket, spacer mesh bumper pods, a front D-ring clip, a water bottle pocket, and a haul loop handle. Made of polyester hex ripstop, 800-denier polyester ballistic, and scorpion cloth materials, the RPM measures 13.4 by 19.7 by 10.6 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 1 pound 2 ounces.

I continue to buy JanSport backpacks. I bought my first one in college and I still use it. I bought this one now that I own a laptop and I love it. I've gotten many compliments on how it looks. The laptop is held securely in place and I have plenty of room left over for anything else I want to throw in there. Ergonomics are excellent and it is padded in all the right areas. I highly recommend this.

This bag is perfect for those who need to pack large items such as books, clothing, etc. however there are not enough small compartments to accomodate smaller items and keep them organized.

This bag is the best backpack I could ever get, It satisfies all the requirements. It is spacious,
yet looks trendy in black. The Laptop pouch is perfect for my 15'' laptop which I used to find
difficult to fit in other backpacks. Most importantly It makes sure that my shoulder doesn't hurt
even if I carry it for many hours at a stretch. I love this bag!....I got size Null, though there
is a size 1, It would be better if they clarify what that size means.

Bought this bag after a bit of searching in Amazon. I was looking for something to carry my 15" ThinkPad, along with books and my thermos to college everyday. I have a fifteen minute walk (one way) and this bag feels great on the shoulders. Accessible tiny compartments in the front pouch ensure that your rummaging-about-for-your-keys days are over!I bought the blue ridge though I'd suggest the black looks the best.I raved about this bag so much that two of my friends have bought it and they love it too. Finally the price is great and the bag is functional. I hope to carry it when I travel too. I have a 400D Digital Rebel ad I chose this bag because another reviewer said she could fit in two SLRs and a laptop and other stuff! I rated this with 5 stars!
