This product was exactly what I was looking for. I was worried that it wouldn't be tall enough to hold the extra long safety razor I have, but it's plenty tall enough. Also seems to be of good quality and craftsmanship. I definately recommend.

Stand looks nice and holds my Merkur 34C HD razor just fine. However, the Vulfix 404 shave brush I have does not fit like a brush should. Instead of hanging by the top of the handle, it rests right where the hair and handle meet. Manufacturer/seller should state what size brushes it fits......not all brushes are the same.

I liked the chrome finish as soon as I saw it - as it goes well with my old Gillette razors. It adds a nice touch to my bathroom counter top. The price was right too!

I recently bought this and really have very few complaints. The main being that the razor I bought (Merkur 180) doesn't quite "fit" onto that part of the stand. The razor does not like to hang perfectly perpendicular to the prongs but always at a slightly "off" angle. But that's just aesthetics and really does what it is supposed to and the brush part works perfectly with the Tweezerman brush. Also the finish has a yellowish tinge compared to the razor. But I'm nitpicking. I recently switched to shaving with a safety razor and I really enjoy. At least as a sort of beginner set, this stand is more than enough to satisfy. It is very stable and serves its function.
